Our goal is to be a valued, responsible community partner by ensuring that our business objectives enhance the quality of life in our communities. We provide support through financial contributions, in-kind donations and volunteer initiatives.

AA encourages the contributions our people make in the business and the company takes a great deal of interest in their development. Our commitment to training is focused on investing in appropriate continuous development to help all of our staff achieve their full potential – both on the job and in the future.

  We advance our employees’ skills and competencies through internal courses and on-the-job training. Our training deliverables are personalised to the national and local cultures where we operate as well as the needs and interests of our employees and other local stakeholders.

  At AA, we are committed to providing and maintaining a safe environment for all employees, guests, and other visitors to our premises and to comply with relevant health and safety legislation.

  <li> Ensuring that sufficient resources and information are made available and suitable management systems are in place to address health and safety matters </li>

  To ensure we live up to expectations and deliver as we promise, we conduct a twice-yearly survey that measures employee engagement. Employees told us that if there are any things that make them feel engaged – a happiness to be at work, job satisfaction, advocacy of AA, intention to stay in the company, a willingness to make extra effort, and pride in the company’s achievements.
